Made from a blend of a wide variety of apples from new and old traditional orchards. hand picked fruit from late in the season have been keeved and left in the barrel a little longer than our sweeter keeved bottles so it becomes dryer leaving a medium dry, sparkling cider. Disgorged to remove the sediment leaving a cider with slight natural sweetness balanced with some acid from Browns apples.
