Made from organic Kingston Black apples which have been hand picked late in the season. This has been keeved and bottled before fermentation finnishes to produce a sweet, sparkling cider. Disgorged to remove the sediment leaving a cider with natural sweetness, gentle tannins all ballanced with nice acid levels all found naturally in this variety.
